Hello,
I am in the process of selling my Mt-07 so I have taken off the exhaust and shock
Akrapovic exhaust carbon comes with all fittings and instructions on how to fit has been on my bike for 1500 miles in very good condition I am after £375 ONO
Nitron R1 shock has covered less than 500 miles...
yes the decibel killer is in. but it is still basically a straight through pipe. taking it out I cant see it making that much difference as there is hardly a restriction in it right now
I have the carbon fitted. With no cat. It is not stamped with for race use only. about the mot doesn't bother me as its 2 years away and its a simple job to switch the exhaust back over. It is very loud though, quiet deafening but sounds good.
Hi I am looking to upgrade my rear shock on my mt-07 I am just wondering what choices there are on the market and what do I really need?
I have Seen Ohlines and Nitron. The nitron can come with 3 way adjustable but is this really needed for road riding?
Or will just changing the shock with one...
I have just fitted the akrapovic carbon to my mt. Very impressed, sound is amazing videos really don't do exhausts justice. I shall upload some photos and videos tomorrow for anyone curious about it.
It was £535 delivered which I think was a fair price.
Has anybody found where to buy the leo vince yet? also is there a dyno graph out for it?
Also anybody got the dates for the carbon akrapovic release date? I was told 2-4 weeks but its been 6 now and still no news.
I emailed moto gb who seem to be official leo vince suppliers they told be wont be available until September as the factory are on there annual hoilday
I have mine set at 7 and finding it perfect for my riding style. 3 was a bit too soft for me. and I weigh 70 kg. reckon its worth adjusting to suit your style of riding
I found that my backend was bounching all over the place and a bit too soft. on downshifting it was sketchy. since then I have cranked it upto 7 and it feels much better so much firmer which is what I am after. and I am 71KG

I also bought but from Ebay but from knee down.
It is only a bit of rubbing which a small modification could sort.
