Driver hits bike on purpose

There are some truly scary people out there.
This thing from the US just appeared in local Norwegian media and I searched it up on YouTube.

This guy "don't care" after he swerved into an overtaking bike because "it was a double yellow line"......

I am baffled, and get really angry when I see stupid people like this.
Ok, so the bike should not have done the overtake, but you don't try to kill someone to "teach them a lesson".

The car driver should really get some jail time and loose his driving licence for good.

Nobody has the right to take the law in to there own hands.

Update ... The old man was arrested today 10/19/2015 on two counts of assault with a deadly weapon
