I've noticed on my MT 07 that the led that stays blinking after the bike is parked, stoped lighting up after two days parked.. I haven't tried yet to start the bike to see if it restarts the blinking, could you check yours?

Its the Yamaha Y.I.S.S immobilizer. After putting the bike into off or lock the light will blink for 24 hours to show the immobilizer is active. After then it will still be active but the light will no longer blink.
If you turn the bike on, when you turn it off it will start flashing again for 24 hours.

Same for all Yamahas, with experience from my -07 TDM900, -11 XJ6 and -14 MT09.
