Hi All,

Just ordered my matt grey ABS MT07 after a cracking test ride yesterday. It's a totally different beast to my current Yamaha naked (XJ600N) which was dubbed by MCN as the Astra Diesel of the motorcycling world. The really bad news is that it won't be arriving until the November - not sure I'll want to take it out on salty roads - will have to be quite selective I think to start with.

I did my test on an XJ6 and thought it was alright. Love the MT-07 though and ive been upto Dovedale/ Matlock a couple of times on the 7.
2k miles now and loving it. infact im off on it now.

Welcome to the forum, from another Derbyshire member, and previous owner of an XJ600S (for 5 years).

These delivery dates are getting worse, but hang in there. It's worth the wait.

Welcome to the forum. Ouch these wait times seem to be increasing rapidly
