Arrow exhaust shorty style question?!!

Hi all,

I've just know installed an arrow exhaust shorty style, on my MT-07, do we need an EFI tune or something? I dont know if it is normal or not but.. with db killer when i decelerate ( on the onverrun), like rev at 3000rp i get the exaust doing a "pop pop pop" sound. Yours the same? And did you attach the exhaust on one of the holes of the chassis or where the old exhaust was connected ( to that rubber part) like the one on the sticky above?

Hi Daniel,

I have the akropovic exhaust with db killer in and I get popping on the over-run also. I think it's just a consequence of changing exhaust and the popping is unburnt fuel igniting in the exhaust which happens on the overrun anyway it's just the stock exhaust had a big baffle.

When the dealer fitted my akropovic they didn't mention a change in the fuel map being necessary but i might ask Saturday as first service is due and I'm thinking of adding a DNA air filter to my setup.
