Just a word of warning - the owners handbook advisers against clutchless shifting.

    Arghhh!!! Damn rust!!

Absolutely nothing to worry about - and would be the same on any bike with a chain unless you give it a quick clean with paraffin and spray with O ring compatible chain lube on return. I don't go for the dry stuff. Not sure if they make chains in stainless steel though. I find it part and...

    Evotech radiator Grill

Unfortunately this company were a bit slow off the mark - whilst waiting I had no alternative but to buy a stainless one on ebay with the MT logo in the centre. Its probably a bit heavier and more sturdy than the evotech.

How To... Fit Arrow Exhaust (shortie Style)

It looks great - and presumably sounds good. Not sure if you can post an MP3 sound file so we can all hear your machine. Most importantly - due to the different back pressure - have you noticed any difference in performance. Without the cat - would I be right in thinking you may have gained a...

Thank you - got the owners manual - but it is the Service Manual that would be useful (or Workshop Manual as it used to be called) . If anyone knows a link it would be very much appreciated.

Hi from Clitheroe UK and help/advice please!

Hi I have been riding many years. I know Clitheroe - great rides around the Dales. Unfortunately I went on a test ride with the MT-09 - really really good. Got back on my MT-07 and it was like being in an old Morris Oxford. Its taken me three weeks to start enjoying the MT-07 again. I would...

    Painting Rims?

I would go for red - as white wheels would be a real pig to keep clean from the muck of the chain.

    Let's talk Belly Pans

Just an idea - Have you considered painting blue the large vertical aluminium looking steel strut at the rear engine - Perhaps if it was matching it would look good? I have a white MT - where the frame is the same colour as the strut - ie light grey.

new problem, anyone else suffering with this?

My bike is the same - ie slight delay and it turns over 3 - 4 times. I was not happy with this and brought it up on the 1st service. They apparently put it on diagnostics and it showed no fault. My previous MT-03 and Toyota always started at the touch of a button. My MT-07 does not.
