Removing front fork reflectors

Something that makes my bike easily identifiable as a NA import (aside from the FZ-07 badging) are the reflectors attached to the sides of the forks (and the stock tail section--recently deleted). For my next mini-project I want to take off the front reflectors along with the mounts, which are attached with the same bolts that secure the brake assembly (see photos). My question is whether the MT-07 has a washer or spacer of sorts between the bolts and the frame that I would need to acquire to keep the assembly as original spec as possible (splitting hairs probably, I know, but I'm a raging perfectionist and nothing makes this vice more pronounced than doing mods on a new toy

On a related point, does anyone own the service manual yet? If so maybe you could check what the torque values on said bolts are...
