Hi all,
Finally I had some time to install my exhaust. Here are some pictures about it:

Total time took 1.5 hour. No special tool or knowledge required. The only tricky part is to unbolt the O2 sensor. I couldn't find the connector so I had to turn the whole exhaust around.
The drop-in cat inserted (remained street legal). Also ordered new gasket.
The sound is very nice. It is louder with more bass but definitely not extreme. Nice. Fu..ed expensive but nice.
