With my wife on the back we're at around 180kg I would imagine with gear on. I have it on max preload anyway (I'm 110kg) and I am pleasantly surprised with how it rides. I don't touch the tyre pressures either.
I've been meaning to get some crash protection, just in case

I bought all the kit and it all fits very nicely. If you want to take videos from your phone I would recommend getting a longer socket arm. The short one means you can't get the phone high enough to get a decent view of the road.

I was thinking of booking on the Bike Safe police course as I hear alot of good things.
....however I was wondering if I rock up with my akra (without DB killer) and not quite legal number plate size are they going to 1) turn me away 2) get legal on me!!

I didn't have any gear with me so didn't bother asking about demos etc plus the wife would have been bored stiff!
what about the hundreds/thousands of people that see your bike each week on the road - no difference.
If someone wants to find an mt-07 number plate to clone it wouldn't be difficult
