Get a powercommander V. These bikes are lean from factory. Even changing the filter will create a lean condition which in turn will create more heat and thats bad.

Does anybody have a powercommander or similer fuel box and has tried to richen it up at idel?

It seems to me like a map issue. Either not enough fuel or air. I had the same problem with my raptor when i uploaded a bad map to my powercommander.
