remove front and rear indicators

Hi forgive my stupidity, but i have a set of LED indicators i want to replace the stock ones, how do i actually get the stock ones off

Theres a plastic tab at back of indicator housing, pull this out and it releases the indicator.

Hi managed to do this at the rear as on the tail tidy they are much easier to access

What spacers do i need to plug the hole where the large oem indicators fit into? There are loads of indicator spacers on ebay and one fairly comprehensive set on sportsbikeshop site but not listed foe the MT range ?

I would use this ones:

2000 Yamaha YZF - R1 Lockhart Phillips Turn Signal Spacers | MotoSport Canada

I bought spacers from R1 and they are just ok,too big in my opinion.So flat one will be better instead of:

YAMAHA YZF-R1/R6 & FAZER FZ6/FZ1 MOTORCYCLE FRONT/REAR INDICATOR SPACERS/ADAPTER | eBay

To make mounting easier you can use double-sided bonding tape
