Here's mine. I didn't do too many mods so far. Just the tail tidy and a radiator guard. Because I disliked the silver parts, I had them powdercoated in black - and I'm very happy with the result
Yet to do:
exhaust (probably akra)
front suspension
maybe a wider handlebar
So here's my beast called 'Brumi'! Someone asked if anyone did some frontend mods... I always thought the headlight is the ugliest piece of the MT-07, not to mention the pooor light output. Ended up putting a custom xenon kit inside the headlight and wow, what a difference. Highly recommended mod! It's not an easy mod and does take time, but the results are worth it.
Parts:

This is my 2016 MT-07. The exhaust is a full Delkevic system. The ECU has been flashed to smooth out the throttle and reduce engine braking. It also increased the BHP to 79. On a recent trip to South Wales and back (278 miles) the bike did 66.3 MPG at motorway speeds.
Here's mine. I bought it in 2018. It's a 2015. Full Yoshi, LED's, carbon fiber fenders and chain guard, tail tidy, sliders, mirror, Denali sound bomb horn, radiator cover, etc
