It's a great bike, nothing else for the same money comes close,
I have 3300 miles on mine now and out on it the other day was
tying to think of a better bike for my kind of riding and couldn't.
Mine in Scotland on the Round Britain Rally last year.
Just passed the magic number today on ride out to Bikefest 2015 @ RAF Cosford which is a fundraiser for the Midland Air Ambulance Service.
Rode from my local Yamaha dealer with 130 + other bikes. My mate Jason who sold me the MT-07 was riding his Tracer with his young son pillion.
I am so pleased I went for this bike-it is an absolute joy to ride-I even start thinking I am 16 again ( I wish!)
On the give & take A & B roads it is in its element & its like having 2 bikes in one since the lower 3 gears allow rapid takeoffs & 4 to 6 give the torque laden drive.
I am even getting used to the position of the horn button!
